Really? Kesha seems pretty, pretty smart to me. After all, who is getting served breakfast in a luxurious warm bed on a winter's day...with no tipping.

Love all of this! I watched the blue zones in one sitting, my ADHD lets me do that when itโ€™s something Iโ€™m interested in and hyper-focus takes over ๐Ÿ˜‰Iโ€™m hoping we can create our own blue zones! So happy for you and sweet Kesha!!

I'm sensing a bear-butterfly spirit and kitty cat too in you. Thanks for the reminder: nature is solace for the soul. So glad you're relishing your life in NC.

Love your writing style your stories speak to me because after a long road of struggle for the last several years I have been living this most amazing life. Life has always been amazing but I was not in the frame of mind to realize and of its gifts.

The blue zone list is spot on and I would surmise the other piece of their longevity is they are genuinely grateful and care more about connecting with friends and family than acquiring stuff. Happiness is indeed a choice, but it takes action!

Oh, I absolutely believe where we live and how we do so has a huge impact on our health. LA could be fine, if you never had to get in a car. Likewise, I loved living a car-less life in DC, where friends couldn't believe I never had issues with traffic -- because I took the Metro everywhere! It seems like stating the obvious, but Blue Zone people do not sit for hours at the wheel of a car.
